Balance payment
The full tour price should reach Alpine Adventure well in advance, ideally at least ten days before departure unless a different timeline is agreed for the specific program.
Cancellation policy
The supplied reservation notes indicate different deduction levels depending on how close the cancellation is to departure. During the actual package period there is no refund, while closer departures may attract higher deductions. Exact terms should always be reconfirmed on the final confirmation.

Deposit
A 25 % deposit is required 15 days in advance to confirm the booking and for making adequate arrangements for the tour favoring Alpine Adventure.
Full Payment
Full tour price must be receive well in advance at least ten days before.
Cancellation
A full refund 10 % services charge of the tour price will made on cancellation made over one week before departure date. Should you leave tour while en-route no refund will be made. Also no refund will be made for any excursion, sight seeing or meals that the participant misses or decides not to take.
